I'm an indie author working on my debut novel, can you help?

Absolutely! Being a new author can be scary and overwhelming. I can guide you through the process of Beta & Alpha readers, ARC's, Street Teams and so much more! 

Whether you need someone to establish these things for you, vet prospective team members, or organise applications, I am here to help (and celebrate your success! Look at you go, you badass!)

Do I need Canva Pro to use/order a template?

Definitely not, but you will need a Canva account. When you order a template from me I will check first whether you have a Pro account, or a free account, and only use assets available to your subscription.

Do you offer invoicing/tax receipts for authors & business'?

Yes! We understand that come tax time, and invoice is like gold!

We use HNRY  to process all payments and invoices - so as long as you have provided us billing details, you'll receive an invoice/receipt for your files.

I have artwork I would like to include in my content, is that okay?

It definitely is! But there are a couple of conditions:

  • You need to have the right to use the artwork - IE you have either created it yourself, or commissioned the piece.
  • It was not created using AI.

I need help with something you don't have listed in your services.

Reach out anyway! I am always excited to learn something new, and chances are I am in the process of developing the skill/knowledge needed for this task. What better way to benefit us both than assisting you while learning something new myself?

If you require something that needs a little bit of educating on my part, I offer my time at a discounted rate.

What is your stance on AI?

Simply put: Fuck it.

Here at Inkpots & Alchemy we have a firm stance against AI in the creative space. It is detrimental to the planet, and causes incredible harm to the lives of authors, artists, musicians and creatives.

With that being said, if you spot something suspicious with Inkpots & Alchemy, please email or DM us - I can guarentee it was not intentional, and we would like to remove and rectify any trace of it.
